As a tiny nonprofit media organization that is not in the business of making merch, we’d like to have as few returns as possible. If something is defective, we absolutely accept returns and will take it up with the third-party vendor we use.

But because we do not carry inventory, every order costs us money to make and ship. If you return it because the shade of Navy was not the shade you hoped for, we just bought a Navy something-or-other that we didn’t need.

So, heck yeah, we accept returns. And please be reasonable about why you’re returning it.
